The Southern Baptist Convention Disaster Relief program serves 85% of all disaster meals in America. SBC
serves millions of meals every year to disaster victims of Katrina, Ike and other storms. Working with the Red
Cross, FEMA, and The Salvation Army, SBC volunteers across America give their time and energy to help
disaster victims. In 2008 three of our members went to Galveston to lend their expertise in helping out. Come
join us and be trained in food preparation, mud out, tree removal or emergency mobile communications.
